Gift Card Purchase and Use Terms

1. 1. River Cruises Latvia standard gift cards (hereinafter – “Gift Cards”) can be purchased on our official websites https://rivercruises.lv/ and https://jaunavecriga.lv/, as well as on board the leisure boat “VECRĪGA”.
   2. Gift Card denominations:
   • Digital gift cards: EUR 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50
   • Purchased on board “VECRĪGA”: EUR 15 and EUR 25
   3. The Gift Card is a cashless payment instrument that can be used to pay for River Cruises Latvia services on the following boats: “VECRĪGA”, “MISISIPI”, “ELIZABETE”, “AGNES”, as well as the canal boats “AMBER RĪGA”, “AURORA”, “ANNABELLA” and “ARABELLA”.
   4. The Gift Card must be used in a single purchase. When paying with a Gift Card, it must be handed over to the boat ticket staff.
   5. The Gift Card can be used together with other payment methods – a payment card or cash.
   6. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of loss, the Gift Card will not be replaced.
   7. The Gift Card is valid during the current navigation season.
   8. A Gift Card that has expired cannot be renewed, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
